The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page five, section ten, line seventy-four, after the stricken word "commission" by striking out the underlined words "accepted and recognized by the Insurance Commissioner" and inserting lieu thereof the words "in use by the Insurance Commissioner acting as administrator of claims involving funds created in chapter twenty- three, article two-c of this code".
